摘要:
以红富士苹果为试验材料,在烟台、威海、临沂、泰安等山东苹果主产区采集成熟健康的红富士苹果,采用稀释分离法从苹果样品果面分离纯化得到酵母菌株;依据核糖体26S D1/D2区核苷酸序列的比较结果,并结合形态学特征,得出酵母菌的分类地位,并对红富士果实表面酵母菌的多样性进行系统进化分析。结果表明,红富士果实表面蕴含丰富的酵母菌资源,分离得到163株酵母菌菌株,经鉴定属于13属20种;在分离得到的菌株中,子囊菌占优势,共分离到95株子囊菌酵母,属于6属10种,占酵母总数的58.3%;共分离得到53株担子菌酵母,属于6属9种,占酵母总数的32.5%;其余15株酵母为普鲁兰短梗霉(Aureobasidium pullulans)等,占酵母总数的9.2%。由研究结果得出,红富士果实表面酵母菌的优势属为毕赤酵母属(Pichia)(3种)、假丝酵母属(Candida)(3种)、隐球酵母属(Cryptococcus)(3种),占总酵母种数的45%。
