摘要:
利用丰裕系数法，从教育、健康、技能和培训、迁移或流动等方面对贵州籍农民工人力资本存量水平进行测算。结果显示：(1)贵州籍农民工人力资本存量水平低且有显著的地区差异；(2)农民工受教育水平与家庭和地区经济状况相关，且性别差异明显；(3)农民工的健康状况与年龄密切相关，新生代农民工健康状况优于第一代农民工；(4)技能和培训、流动或迁移差异是影响人力资本生成和导致人力资本存量差异的重要因素。
