摘要:
对黄海近海海水和海泥中的酵母菌进行分离筛选,获得1株蛋白含量较高的海洋酵母菌Yd-15,并对其进行鉴定和营养成分分析。通过形态学和生化试验,鉴定其为红酵母属的海洋胶红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)。经测定,该菌株的粗蛋白含量为49.7%,碳水化合物为32.5%,脂肪含量为5.6%,灰分为7.2%。该菌具有较高的蛋白含量和优良的脂肪酸、氨基酸组成,是一种极具潜力的水产动物饲料蛋白源。
