摘要:
以山茶树的乙醇浸提液为原料,分别对明矾法和氧化钙沉淀法制备茶皂素粗品的产率和纯度进行了比较,考察了茶皂素的纯化工艺及茶皂素的表面活性。结果表明,采用明矾法可以制备纯度达70%以上的茶皂素。在以80%的乙醇为溶剂,丙酮为沉淀剂,料液比为1 ∶20,溶剂与沉淀剂之比为1 ∶2的条件下纯化茶皂素粗品,可得到纯度达93%以上的茶皂素纯品。茶皂素的临界胶束浓度为0.5%,是一种性能优良的起泡剂和乳化剂。
