摘要:
选取了来自1 423个相似性小于33%的蛋白质序列的1 459个βαβ模体和2 419个非βαβ模体,通过分析模体中各二级结构单元的分布情况,确定固定序列模式长。基于优化的氨基酸信息,利用离散增量算法识别βαβ模体。运用10-fold交叉检验和独立检验方法对算法进行检验,识别总精度分别达到79.4%和78.6%。
