摘要:
为优化癞葡萄中总黄酮的超声波辅助提取工艺,通过单因素试验确定乙醇体积分数、液固比、提取时间、提取温度、超声功率5个提取工艺参数的最适水平范围,并通过响应面分析法(RSM)对乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间进行优化。结果表明,超声波辅助提取癞葡萄总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数72%、提取温度68 ℃、提取时间34 min,此条件下黄酮提取率为2.53%;验证试验表明,黄酮提取率为2.54%,与理论值相符合。
