摘要:
通过调整饲喂含酵母蛋白人工饲料的天数,观察蛋白质对橘小实蝇生殖器官发育及交配、产卵的影响。结果表明:(1)随着人工饲料提供天数的增加,橘小实蝇精巢颜色加深变快,周围脂肪体出现的日龄早、数量增多。(2)橘小实蝇卵巢发育、交配和产卵对蛋白质有致病依赖性。在提供人工饲料少于2 d的情况下,卵巢发育不明显;在不提供人工饲料的情况下,橘小实蝇交配次数仅为16.666 7次,且没有产卵现象。(3)4日龄是橘小实蝇对蛋白质需求的关键日龄。在提供人工饲料3 d的情况下,后期未见成熟卵;从4日龄开始提供人工饲料的情况下,除有极个别个体发生卵巢不对称发育外,交配日龄和产卵日龄也发生相应推迟。(4)橘小实蝇卵巢发育对蛋白缺乏有一定的耐受性。在羽化第4天才开始持续提供人工饲料的情况下,未发现蛋白质对卵巢发育速度的影响;从第8天才开始持续提供人工饲料的情况下,卵巢还能部分发育和产卵。
