摘要:
对山东省临沂市兰陵县苍山大蒜贮藏期病害情况进行了调查,从病斑上分离得到4种真菌和1种细菌,经致病性检测发现细菌菌株LYU20170013号具有致病性。采用柯赫氏法则和病斑显微观察法对病原菌菌株LYU20170013进行了验证。通过形态学特征和16S rRNA序列分析,将LYU20170013菌株鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。该菌在大蒜鳞茎上尚属首次报道。
