摘要:
在香菇液态发酵单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法对发酵条件进行优化试验,依据Box-Benhnken(BBD)设计预测发酵的最佳条件为:接种量12.42%、pH值4.96、培养温度24.11 ℃。在转速为160 r/min条件下按照最佳条件培养,菌丝生物量实测值为17.76 g/L,与理论值17.58 g/L相差1.02%。
