摘要:
采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了北海道、美国甜荞、北早生3个荞麦品种中黄酮含量及清除自由基活性。结果表明,北海道黄酮含量(0.652%)略高于美国甜荞(0.626%),北早生黄酮含量最低(0.568%)。DPPH是常用的检测清除自由基活性的方法,3种荞麦提取液对DPPH自由基均有一定的清除能力,北海道清除率最高(54.7%),其次是美国甜荞(52.6%),最低的是北早生(41.6%)。
