摘要:
以菊芋花为原料,对菊芋花色苷的提取工艺进行初步研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了菊芋花色苷提取的最佳条件:75%的乙醇溶液,按1 g ∶10 mL的料液比,浸提温度40 ℃,浸提时间30 min,在此条件下提取3次,菊芋花色素苷的浸提率为98.80%。
