摘要:
为了探索猪精液质量评价方法的相关性,对猪精子分别进行活力、PI染色、低渗肿胀试验、Rh123染色、FITC-PNA染色检查,统计其与体外受精的相关性。结果显示,各指标间存在较强的线性相关性,以顶体完整率与体外受精率的相关程度最高。说明顶体完整率在预测体外受精率方面更优于其他指标。
