摘要:
选取40头体质量约20 kg的断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别用20%(T1组)、30%(T2组)、40%(T3组)发芽小麦同等营养水平下替代全价日粮中的玉米和豆粕,采用内源指示剂法(AIA),研究不同比例发芽小麦替代玉米对断奶仔猪矿物质元素利用的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,发芽小麦替代玉米能显著提高Ca、P消化率(P<0.05),其中T1组P消化率最高,T2组Ca消化率最高。除此之外,与对照相比,发芽小麦替代玉米试验组显著提高了断奶仔猪粪便中微量元素的消化率(P<0.05),T2组Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn消化率最高。
