摘要:
用0、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%壳聚糖溶液浸泡克氏原螯虾仔虾,探讨壳聚糖对相关水质因子和克氏原螯虾仔虾非特异性免疫酶的影响。结果显示,处理后7 d,pH值的变化不显著(P>0.05),各试验组铵态氮、H2S和亚硝酸盐的浓度与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。随着处理时间延长,各组酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性先下降后上升,7 d时0.50%、0.75%组ACP显著高于对照组。碱性磷酸酶活性呈上升趋势,试验组与对照组差异不显著。过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性先下降后上升,7 d时0.50%组SOD显著高于对照组。各组过氧化氢酶活性多呈略微下降后上升趋势,到7 d时,各试验组均显著高于对照。丙二醛(MDA)的浓度呈下降趋势,处理后2 d到试验结束,各试验组MDA的浓度均显著低于对照。
