摘要:
为了提高桑叶的利用率,应用壳聚糖进行絮凝除杂试验,测量不同环境条件(pH值、絮凝温度、壳聚糖加入量、絮凝时间)对桑叶水提液抗氧化性的影响。结果表明,最佳壳聚糖投入量为1.6 mL,pH值为5,絮凝温度为35 ℃,絮凝时间为3 h,通过壳聚糖处理明显提高了桑叶水提液的抗氧化性,该法具有广泛推广价值。
