摘要:
地球上纤维素原料丰富,又是可再生资源,利用纤维素酶水解纤维素获得乙醇是发展新能源的重要途径,具有很大的潜力。在阐述我国发展纤维素乙醇必要性的基础上,本文综述了纤维素乙醇原料预处理、水解、发酵、精馏脱水及废醪液处理等生产单元。同时,产业发展正处于工业化初期,面临能耗物耗高、废水处理难度大等难题。在此基础上,针对国内外纤维素乙醇的研究开发历程与最新进展,进一步分析了影响纤维素乙醇产业化发展的因素以及纤维素乙醇产业化发展的趋势。
