摘要:
研究了水浴振荡方法的水溶振荡转速、浸提时间、料液比、浸提温度等4个因素对杏鲍菇粗多糖提取率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,对任意3个影响因素进行正交试验,通过数据统计分析,确定杏鲍菇粗多糖提取的最佳条件,并验证其重复性。结果表明,水浴振荡转速300 r/min、浸提时间0.5 h、料液比1 g ∶30 mL、浸提温度70 ℃为杏鲍菇粗多糖最佳提取条件,粗多糖得率为33.55%。在300 r/min的水浴振荡条件下,影响杏鲍菇粗多糖提取的主次因素为浸提时间>料液比>浸提温度。试验确定的最佳条件稳定可行。
