摘要:
为了研究细风轮菜挥发油组分的天然香气特征及色谱保留性质,基于Kier分子价连接性指数(nXtV)、分子电性距离矢量(Ml)、原子类型电性拓扑状态指数(Ek)构建细风轮菜挥发油分子结构与色谱保留时间(t)的定量构效关系模型,其多元线性回归方程的相关系数为0.993,用Jackknife法对模型的稳健性进行检验,其相关系数均在 0.993~0.994 之间,具有高度的稳健性和良好的预测能力。结果表明:Kier分子价连接性指数、分子电性距离矢量、原子类型电性拓扑状态指数能够较全面地表征分子结构特征,从而有效揭示影响细风轮菜挥发油组分色谱保留时间的本质因素。
