摘要:
地黄浸膏具有黏性大、透气性差、对热敏感等特点,难以实现快速高品质干燥。利用自制超声真空干燥装置对地黄浸膏进行干燥,对干燥产品的形态结构和指标成分(梓醇、毛蕊花糖苷)进行分析,以期探讨干燥温度、超声功率、真空度对地黄浸膏干燥效率的影响,并进行超声真空干燥模型研究,确定不同干燥条件下地黄浸膏的有效水分扩散系数并建立数学模型。结果表明,超声真空干燥方法能明显提高地黄浸膏的干燥速率,且干燥产物疏松多孔,粉体性质优良,主要指标成分含量较高。Page模型能准确描述地黄浸膏超声真空干燥过程。有效水分扩散系数D在(187~5.65)×10-8 m2/s范围内随着干燥温度、超声功率、真空度的升高而增大,干燥过程中水分的平均活化能为 32.729 kJ/mol。
