摘要:
将抗凋亡试剂葛根素(0、0.02、0.10、0.50、2.50 mmol/L)、酒石酸美托洛尔(0、0.02、0.10、0.50、2.50 mmol/L)、二氯乙酸钠(0、0.04、0.20、1.00、5.00 mmol/L)加入稀释液中，探讨它们在猪精液常温保存中的效果。结果表明：0.50 mmol/L 葛根素可以延长精子保存时间及存活指数(P<0.05)；0.50 mmol/L 酒石酸美托洛尔能降低精子畸形率(P<0.05)；5.00 mmol/L二氯乙酸钠可以缩短精子存活时间和存活指数(P<0.05)。总之，合适浓度的葛根素或酒石酸美托洛尔可以显著提高猪精液常温保存后的品质，而二氯乙酸钠对猪精液常温保存效果没有明显的改善作用。
