摘要:
采用透析法考察不同介质pH值和离子浓度对金雀异黄素壳聚糖纳米粒子体外释放的影响,并采用零级动力学方程、一级动力学方程、Higuchi方程和双相动力学方程,对纳米粒子的体外释放动力学进行探讨。结果表明,该纳米粒子的体外释放与介质pH值和离子浓度有关,随着介质pH值增大,纳米粒子中药物释放量减少;随着介质中离子浓度的增大,纳米粒子的释药量相应增大。释药数据拟合显示,金雀异黄素对照品在含40%乙醇的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中的体外释放符合零级动力学方程,呈线性释放,释放速率常数为0.122 min-1;而该纳米粒子在释放介质中的释药行为符合双相动力学方程,先快速释药,后缓慢释放,释放速率常数分别为0.110、0.032 min-1
