摘要:
选取4种大孔树脂,研究它们对紫甘薯花青素的动态吸附工艺并优化工艺参数。结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂吸附性能最好,X-5次之;最优工艺参数为花青素含量1.000(D540 nm表示)、pH值3.0、恒流泵流速1 mL/min,在此条件下花青素吸附率高达99.35%。
