摘要:
以10个紫甘薯品种为材料,分析紫甘薯鲜薯产量、花青素含量及其抗氧化活性差异。结果表明,不同品种紫甘薯的鲜薯产量差异很大,各品种紫甘薯花青素抗氧化活性较高,济黑1号可以作为高花青素含量、高抗氧化活性的甘薯品种加以推广应用。
