摘要:
国家食品药品监督管理总局的组建标志着中国食品安全监管体制改革向前迈进了一大步。食品安全监管体制内机构间的职能交叉、权责不清，是中国历年来食品安全监管所面临的困境。通过与改革前的监管体制进行对比发现，中国食品安全监管体系的改革是解决现有困境的有效途径；同时从公共行政学的视角切入，以期探寻食品安全监管体制改革的理论基础；最后，阐述了今后改革需要继续予以关注的问题。
