摘要:
通过对10个地区实地调研，调研地分为东部(上海、浙江、江苏、北京、山东、福建)，中部(湖南、河南)，西部(甘肃、陕西)，获得了消费者关于食品安全的认知状况。调查发现，消费者对食品安全的关注程度较高，但了解程度较低，人们获取食品安全信息的主要途径来源于媒体广告、产品包装说明，消费者希望政府建立多元角色，而不仅仅是监督者。食品的生产日期、保质期、产品标志说明、价格、熟人推荐、广告对于消费者的购买行为有显著影响。
