摘要:
采用改性壳聚糖作为载体研究改性壳聚糖作为固定化材料对纤维素酶吸附大小的影响。结果表明,当交联剂浓度达到4%时对改性固定化酶活性影响最大,改性壳聚糖固定化酶的最适pH值为4.3,改性壳聚糖作为载体的固定化纤维素酶米氏常数为3.7×10-3,未改性壳聚糖为载体的固定化纤维素酶的米氏常数为7.2×10-3,用改性壳聚糖作为载体的固定化纤维素酶最适温度为55 ℃左右。结果表明,改性壳聚糖作为载体固定化纤维素酶可以提高游离酶的性质。
