信息不对称情况下食品安全监管的博弈分析-《江苏农业科学》

摘要:: 信息不对称的存在使得食品安全监管部门与食品生产者之间出现了博弈关系，食品安全监管部门和食品生产者不同策略的选择决定了食品安全监管是否均衡。运用博弈论知识对利益主体在静态博弈模型和动态博弈模型中的行为进行分析，提出加大监管力度、加强全社会的诚信体系建设并降低成本的政策建议。
