摘要:
为探寻适合农民尤其是低收入群体对健康粮食制品需求的农村零售业态布局，基于我国东、中、西部395个农民的问卷调查数据，利用多元有序Probit模型从3个层次分析当前农村地区杂货店、便利店、集贸市场、自选超市等零售业态布局对农民粮食制品安全与营养健康需求的影响机制，结果发现，缩短到最近自选超市的时间是农民提高粮食制品安全与营养需求的有效布局，增加所在村5 km范围内的便利店数量是提高低收入群体需求的有效布局。此外，对全体农民定期开展食物安全与营养健康教育与提高低收入群体的受教育程度均有助于提高他们的粮食制品安全与营养需求。
