摘要:
以瘦肉精事件为例，应用猪肉零售价格、批发价格、生猪价格时间序列数据，采用历史分解法实证分析瘦肉精事件对猪肉产业链价格传导和调整的影响。结果表明，瘦肉精事件对不同环节价格的影响不仅方向有所不同，大小也有显著差异，而且对每个环节的价格冲击效应的大小和方向也随时间发生动态变化。这表明瘦肉精事件对各环节的价差有显著影响。研究结果对于发挥猪肉市场体系的效率与公平功能有着重要意义。
