摘要:
采用静态法考察了6种国产大孔吸附树脂(DM-21、AB-8、HPD-600、LX-60、LX-69、LX-3020)对紫甘薯色素的吸附动力学曲线、吸附等温曲线以及吸附解吸特性。结果发现,DM-21树脂为分离纯化紫甘薯色素的最佳树脂,动力学分析得出随着温度的升高,吸附速率有下降趋势,35 ℃时树脂的吸附量最高,吸附液最佳pH值为 4.0,解吸液为70%乙醇溶液,在此条件下紫甘薯色素的分离效果最佳,粉末产品色价达到146.31,矢车菊-3-葡萄糖苷含量为0.77 mg/g。
